Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BrightBuddySkills! Most of our products, including apparel, stickers, backpacks, and water bottles, are made to order just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size charts on each product page before ordering. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Daoppong14@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship the item back.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund you. Once an order is in production, it can't be cancelled or changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
