BrightBuddySkills merchandise includes made-to-order products. Production takes place before an item is dispatched; production and delivery time can vary by product and destination.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available shipping options and charges depend on the item and delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping methods and charges offered for your order before you pay. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, please contact us before ordering.
Production and delivery
Typical production time: Our fulfillment partner Printful reports an average of 2–5 business days for most production methods before dispatch. This is a general estimate, not a guarantee for every item. Some products, including certain knitwear and partner-produced items, take longer. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping transit time is additional, so total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Any delivery estimate shown during checkout or in an order update is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual production and transit times may change because of order volume, the delivery destination or carrier delays. Please allow additional time when purchasing a gift for a particular date.
Multiple items and tracking
Items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately, and they may arrive in more than one package. Where shipment tracking is provided, refer to your shipment notification for the available tracking information.
International orders
US-only products: Custom-shaped pillows currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Check each product listing for destination restrictions before ordering.
International shipping availability and charges depend on the item and destination shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges may apply at the destination; check local requirements before placing an international order.
